I choosed this video because it perfectly shows how to shoot a ball in handball and different tips you can try to become better at shooting or in general playing handball, it shows how to take the ball perfectly how the proffesionals do and the movement to throw faster the ball, there are different exercises to train this, for example to pass the ball to a person of your team, one of the exercises is to pass the ball above the goal to your teammate. It shows how to move your arm correctly and when to open your hand to let the ball move.
Hi Daniel, I like your video because as you say explain and show perfectly how to shoot the ball in handball , so if you don’t have so much idea of handball and do you want to start to practise it , it is a very useful video. The idea shooting with the goal in the middle is a very good option because it helps you to determine and practise the height of the shooting and the movements. Also, it shows faster movements and directions with ball , how to throw to your partner… Finally, they finish with a handball match in which they put in practise all the skills that they were training before.
