I chose this video because I was struck by the way they are able to execute these plays, since before it would have seemed more normal to me, but after having spent two months playing volleyball I have realised how complicated this sport is, since when we have tried to play volleyball matches we were hardly able to even get the ball over the net even once and when we managed to do so we did it in a rather mediocre way, and seeing how they jump and at the same time hit the ball, as well as how they feint to throw off their opponent, seems even more complicated to me.
