The reason why I chose this video is because it is useful for me to learn how to do the movements of these gymnastic exercises, it seems to me that it is almost complete because it has some of the exercises that are being evaluated but it lacks explanation to be totally complete, in the video you can see the girl perform the exercises very well repeating them so that the viewers can capture the movements she does. I recommend watching this video to locate what we do wrong and improve the mistakes with practice repeating the exercises just as the girl does
