This is a video from some very skilled girl’s on the balance beam. These skills are incredibly hard and all those girls had worked hard before making that. Sometimes what we see on videos is just the product of something that we don’t see, and when we try to do it, we get frustrated because we can’t do it at the first try as we see at the video, and then we though that we are really bad at that skill. But think… How many times had that girl tried it? A LOT. More that what you think. To make progress in everything you need effort. These are really talented girls that make that seen very easy, all thanks to their work behind. Some of them maybe had it more easy because they had talent, and others had to work more because they hadn’t, but look what effort makes!!! That’s why I had chosen this video, because sometimes we want all now, we want everything to happen as fast as possible. But live doesn’t work like that. And victory doesn’t work like that. Without effort nothing can go well!! So think about that the next time you try something you had seen on your phone. Now talking about gymnastics skills. These girls are incredible!!! Have you seen something like that before?? I don’t’!!!! That clean movements and that landing are amazing.
I found Candela's video very interesting. I think it's a very nice sport to watch, but at the same time, it's dangerous, because if you don't warm up properly, you can suffer serious injuries. I think that strength is very important for this sport, balancing it well throughout the body. I also find it quite complicated to have the perfect balance and to place your hands correctly at the right time, because if you place them even slightly incorrectly, you can fall and lose your balance. The truth is that I think it's a very nice sport to watch, but I wouldn't be able to do it. Thanks for the video, Candela.
