I liked how it talked about warming up to avoid injuries, and how it sayus just the necessary to do it and how it isn't very long, and talks about it in an easy way to understand. In my opinion I think that this skill doesn't requires a lot of knowledge or practice to learn it, so is a good idea to learn how to do it if you don't already know. I really likedd it! Thanks!
