  2. Doing a handstand is a physical exercise that requires strength, balance, coordination, and a lot of practice. To achieve it, it’s important to strengthen the arms, shoulders, and core, as these are the muscles that work the most during the movement. At first, it may seem very difficult and even a bit intimidating, but with consistency and help, it’s possible to improve little by little. Personally, I enjoy trying handstands because they challenge me to overcome my fears and trust my body more. Also, it’s very satisfying to see progress over time and feel stronger.
