I really liked this video and I find it very useful since it teaches you how to make the wheel step by step and explains it very well. I think it would be very useful for everyone and they could learn and be able to make the wheel from home just by watching a video.
This video is very interesting and has helped me a lot to do the cartwheel in a very simple way. I can do it better now, although I’m still practicing to improve my technique and gain more confidence. I think the cartwheel is a very difficult exercise that requires coordination, balance, and a lot of practice. That’s why tutorials are so useful—they explain the steps clearly and help you learn little by little. Also, this kind of exercise not only improves flexibility, but also strengthens your arms and legs. I’m very motivated and I will keep practicing until I can do it more smoothly and with better control
I choose this video because when I was in class it was the one that i felt that was more dificult for me and i was trying and trying and i wouldn't we able to do it . But i think if I would see this video I would do it at the first try or maybe the second because they explain very good how to do it step by step and the girl is very clear. I also like that is not a really large video is short and easy to understand.I think it would help everyone that wants to know how to do the cart wheel.
