EXERCISES TO IMPROVE YOUR SPEED BEFORE RUNNING

  1. Hello, my name is Lara and I’m going to explain this video of a girl telling warm up to have more speed before running. At first she do joint movements in both sides, then warming the knees forward and backwards, then the hip son both sides and doing circles, then ratate the trunk to both sides and dping circles with the arms for warm the elbows, also crossing the arms, then the girl is doing a full race of ten or twelve minutes finish that part she is doing some dynamic exercises also doing skipping and other exercises to improveyour habilities.

  2. Hello, my name is Daira and I chose the video of Lara because I think that is usefull to us. It's abaout a girl that warms up until che start running. First she take her body and warm's up it. She warms her knees, her hip, the trink, the arms, elbows and then for final she does a full race of twelve minutes and when she have done that she does some dynamic exercises to final the warm up.
