  1. I think this video is a very good example of an easy, fast and productive cardio exercise to do at home.
    This type of exercise seems to me a very complete option to burn fat.
    They are exercises that everyone can do apart from the fact that you can do them alone and without the need to have any type of material.
    The video basically consists of doing exercises based on constant jumping and always keeping yourself in motion.
    The girl explains it in a simple and easy to understand way apart from the fact that she does it throughout the video.

  2. Esta muy bien, para calentar y no sufrir ningún daño. Este tipo de ejercicios es muy necesario.
