Video of volleyball of second term.

  1. Hello and welcome to the amazing world of volleyball. My name is Rodrigo and I´m going to coment you a video of this sport. I think this sport is a mix of all the basic physical capacities you need to stay fitness.
    1- Flexibility: in volleyball you need this capacity if you want to recept a ball that is a little bit far to save a point of the other team like we have seen in some of the actions of the video that I put above. And also to throw yourself to the ground to try that the ball don´t touch the ground.
    2- Endurance: also is important to endure all the match and of course in a really hard one like a olympic game final in which you have to stay all the match in a very high rhythm and very concentrated if you don´t want to commit a mistake that costs you the match.
    3- Strength: this capacity is very important because you have to support all the hits when you have to recept a attack hit. And also when you have to take a serve to pass the net and try to score a point but controlling your force because you can take a serve very strong but the ball can goes out of the court and the rivals can have a point.
    4- Speed: and finally you have to be very fast to recept and rapidly go up to attack the other team with an attacking hit.
