  1. Hi, I'm Virginia again, this time the video I chose for this evaluation is somewhat different, because I think even if it's an advertising campaign for some cameras, thanks to that we see from the foreground as if we would be in the game. In the video appears April Ross a 34-year-old California girl, who won the gold medal at the 2009 Beach Volleyball World Championships in Stavanger and the silver medal at the London 2012 Olympic Games with Jennifer Kessy.Al Principle tells us that although she has got the silver medal and feels very proud, there is also the gold and is only step of the silver, referring to it so she continues training and wanting to improve. She also mentions that it is Very important the support of the partner who is doing the best he can do, and so you have to be responsible with yourself and know that if your partner makes a mistake to be able to accept it, because surely you will also commit. And says if you want to be the best Of your team you must be the one to help the rest and be responsible for yourself. The video I also like because of the proximity of the movements that make the players, from so close can be appreciated much like these do, and which are the poses that improve your gameplay and which not so much. The video also wants to explain how it is a little training, and expresses how important it is to the sport this. Go training every day and improving and learning.

    A greeting.
