Strength for abdominals

  1. I choose this video because I think is very useful to get a good shape in our abdominals. I like it because the exercises are hard, quickly and in some of them, you can also develop other parts, like gluteus, legs, or arms. I think between each activity is good to have a few seconds of relax, in the video they do it, and you may do all exercises at your own rhythm. It is a good point that there are not too many types of exercises and you must repeat it twice. It can seem too long this video, but if not, it wouldn’t be effective, I think it will be good to repeat this routine every time you can.

  2. This video of Blanca shows some exercises for strengthing the abs. Before each exercise she tells you how it´s that exercise named and a breaf summary on how to do it. In my opinion the exercises are really fun to do them and some of them a bit challeging so you don´t get bored. But in the other hand, I think that there are too many breaks so maybe after this workout you aren´t going to be tired, but if you are starting to do exercise it´s a really good video. The lighting and the studio where she records it, it´s really nice.

  3. This video that I have chosen about my partner seems like a good way to start exercising because it shows you step by step how you have to do them so as not to make mistakes and do it well and that it is effective to do it to achieve a good result.
    We have practiced some of the exercises that appear in the video in physical education class and I find them very interesting to do if you have time at home and thus strengthen your muscles
    It also seems good to me that there are breaks when you change exercises although I would put less time although you can do them all in a row without taking breaks
