It has a total of 4 main steps that you must follow to lose fat and increase muscle at the same time, it also includes exercises that you must do respecting the breaks. These steps are: -Caloric deficit, -Train large muscle groups, -Unilateral training and -Combine aerobic and high intensity. I think this training technique is very good for beginners as it doesn't require much effort and intensity, It´s very easy.
