This is a short video of the exam of the medicine ball witch consist of throwing a medicine ball, about 5 kilograms, from the upper side of your head. Also if you want to do this exams good, is important not only use the arms, is important to make strength with all the body. The video also shows all the rules such as: - You can not move anyways your feet. -The ball must be shoot from the back side of your head. -Also you can't move your trunk to left or side.
This exam I suppose is the most difficult because you have to be very strong and make a good com-penetration with all your body.
