In my opinion that a person who completes the tour in that short time, it seems to me very difficult, even almost impossible. This record of Bolt happened during the World Championship in Berlin, located in Germany. In this 100-metre race, had participate eight runners from Great Britain, Trinity and Tobago, Barbuda, Jamaica and the United States of America. As you can see in this video, Usain Bolt won the race thanks of his effort, practice and work.
