RUTINA DE ESPALDA

    I take this vide because I want to know back exersise to do when I want.The first exercise is to lean on a chair, pick up weight and do a one-sided rowing exercise. The second exercise consists of doing a semi squat and having your back stretched and then lifting both arms with some weight. They are two very good exercises that can help you if you want to exercise your back at some point you only need a chair and two weights, if you want to do it you have to pay attention to your posture very well and keep your back straight so as not to hurt. this is my video I hope you liked a greeting.
