This exercises can help you can also improve your physique and not only the stamina, this exercises are: High knees, Mountain Climbers, Squad jump, In and out squats, High knees and pushing arms upwards, Cross leg mountain climbers, Planl reaches, Plank pushing forward and Burpees. Hi, I’m Lucas and I decided to choose Javier’s video because I think it is a good idea, everybody we get tired running, and Javier’s video help us to don’t get tired when we run and they boy gives to us some exercises to improve our physical condition and our body. I always get tired when I run large distances, so this video can help me to get stronger and increase my stamina. If the people who watch this video follow their advices, I think they can increase their resistance and get more stronger to run in better conditions in large distances.
