gymnastic video

  1. Hi I'm Fatima from class 3B at San Gregorio school, and I have chosen this video to practice rhythmic gymnastics and be more flexible.
The girl starts with simple jumps and running on the spot, then she takes a rope and starts jumping and spinning the rope twice with her hands, then she is accelerating and jumping higher and faster, the second part starts half sitting on tiptoe, so she pulls , then she lies down with her toes stretched on tiptoe, then she stands on tiptoe with only one foot pulling with her hands, doing that with each leg.
Then the girl sits down stretching both legs together and wiggling her toes for a few seconds and we stand up putting all our weight on our feet bending our toes back and forth, then I start stretching the legs like we normally do in PE.
Then we do like a mermaid pose stretching our legs and back backwards little by little so we don't hurt ourselves, then we get on our knees and stretch one leg backwards and the same with the other leg.
Then we do the butterfly by putting both feet together and holding them with both hands, and little by little we pull our trunk forward until we open our legs on the floor. The girl continues doing the same stretching steps using her legs too much to make them more flexible, then she starts to do some planks and push her body forward and backward, holding her legs with her arms and then stretching only her body backward with her legs open. Keep doing the same process and then get two hands and start stretching one leg throwing it forward and backward quickly and the same with the other leg. To finish the girl starts stretching so she doesn't get stiffness and that's how the video ends.

  2. I really liked your video, because the girl explains it in a funny way and it can be easily understood.
start with stretching and squatting, and a variation of leg exercises. He continues to jump rope, and then changes his clothes to exercise more easily. Continue doing exercises to stretch the calf. Afterwards, she does leg flexibility exercises, and continues practicing typical rhythmic gymnastics exercises. She does it at a fairly advanced speed, then there is also another girl who tries to do these exercises but it is very complicated. And finally they end up doing some stretching so I won't have stiffness the next day. I thought it was quite a funny video and very easy to make, young children will like this video. End
