  1. I have chosen this little video because I think it can help us a lot for the texts of felixibility.
    This video teaches us eight tips to increase our body flexibility, are more referred to the triathlon but if we put them into practice it helps us for any other type of sport.
    It works from the flexibility of the arms to the flexibility of the legs.
    Personally, I liked it because it explains each exercise and what it is for.

  2. Hello Ines! Your video seems to me quite interesting because it explains very well the different tips to make a correct flexibility.
    I think you've chosen a good video to explain the flexibility and part of the girl said the times you had to be in each exercise and that's great for Irlo controlling, and it's about one of the things we've worked this evaluation.
