The video I have published is about the importance of fitness in all our goals and is important to be part of ours lives. I agree with the video that says that fitness is needed in many things including our lives day a day. Also to be strong and independent. If you train your body, anything else will be easier. But the key of doing a good fitness is the effort. In my opinion, I think fitness is important not only physicaly, also neurological because it motivates the person and health avoiding illnesses. But doing fitness should be regulary, do it every day for an specific time.

I think is very interesant, because the boy tell us his personal experience, is a motivating video, because I talks about the positive effects it will have to our body, and he says that if we do fitness or exercise, we ca live more and in better conditions. He also talks that fitness is not only, the gym, soy can do fitness playing basketball, football, running... It motivates people doing exercise and how to learn how to use the 100% of our body, so I like the video, is very short and entertaining. Good choice!
Teresa I think you have choosen a really nice video. It's a perfect video to motivate the people to do exercise and be in balance between the body and the mind. Because this video show's why is important to do exercise to our health and our body, also to other aspects of the life. I like it also because it's a personal experience with fitness and the boy invites all to be fit not just in the gym, doing all type of sport or physical activitie. The best of the video is that is not no large and it not make's boring.
