I think that the answer to this question is yes, it's posible. I think this video it's perferct for those persons who don't want to go to the gym or just not to pay it. The exercises that this boy do are perfect and able to all the persons, because it uses just the own bodyweight and a towel. The exercises are simple to do it but if you are a begginer it gives you another way to do the exercise with less level. Also the exercise increase the intensity with the time so you have to try to finish it. And also it motivates the people because the boy show that doing this you can get fitness.
I like your video a lot , i think is perfect for people that want to do exercice , without going to the gym , and without paying , this exercices aren't for a expecific sport , and are correct , the video go in this order ,30 secs of squats , 10 seconds of rest , 30 seconds of crunches , 10 seconds resting , and the same with the order excercices push up , running plank , burpee , and back extension ,I recomed this video for everybody , because there are only 5 minutes and you do a lot of sport!
