  1. In this video the girl is teaching us how to perform some variations of flexibility movements that we can use when we have to strength, before a footbal or basketball match (for example)
    It starts with 40 seconds of Low lunge, 40'' for Hamstrings stretch
    and other 40 '' forpigeon position, (with our corresponding rigths parts of our body).
    Also the girl performs this exercises with the corresponding left parts. Then also the girl stays: 40 seconds at the Butterfly stretch position (rigth leg front) , and others 40 seconds to Butterfly stretch position (left leg front).
    Followed by this comes the Wide legs front stretch position and the deeper position, some rigth and left leg strechings.
    And to finish The girls performs 40 second for a split with the rigth leg and 40 seconds for a split with the left leg.

  3. Este video muestra 5 ejercicios de fuerza que puede hacer en casa. Una niña explica con detalle cada ejercicio mientras otra los hace, de esta forma puedes entender fácilmente cómo se deben hacer correctamente los ejercicios.
