Hi, I'm Jaime I have chosen the video that Natalia has published, because I find it very entertaining in the sense that it perfectly explains what to do, quite necessary for before and after doing series of any sport, since the lack of stretching can cause injuries or warming up. I also like it a lot since each stretching exercise is done several times, not only does it do it once, but does it a few times. Very visible since when you keep a countdown it appears on the screen with numbers and names the activities in the same way as the rest of the transitions and during the exercise.
