Strength training exercises

  1. This video shows several exercises that are useful to strengthen different muscles of our body.
    In all the exercises it is explain what must be done to perform the exercise correctly and it also appears the time you must do each exercise. I think this is very good because in this way you can perform the exercise properly and obtain good results.
    In some exercises it also shows an easier option, which I think is a very good idea because you can do it if you are starting out or if it is difficult for you.
    I really liked these exercises because they are very varied, there are exercises for many parts of the body.
    I also like that you don't need materials to make them, you only need your body. So, everyone can do them.

    I decided to comment your post because I think that it explains very good how to improve the strength with different exercises that you practice them anywhere, in a really clear and easy way to understand.
    During this video, the man has done different exercise to train different parts of the body; to train the abs he has done the plank, to train the legs he has decided to do some squats and lunges, to train the gluteus the bridge, to train all the body some push-ups and finally to train the back he has done an exercise called I-Y-T.
    I like a lot this video because the man has helped me to know the right position to do all this exercises basically because some of them, I did not do them too well.

  3. Hi Angela, I decided to choose this video because it is very interesting and dynamic from my point of view.
    Although it is shorter, it provides very good information on the different types of strength training.
    Some have already been practiced in class but it is always good to review them.
    This video encourages the increase of strength in a few easy steps to do and that you can do only with your body, and you can adapt the training to your needs, according to your needs.

  4. I have chosen to comment this video because it explains how to strengthen many muscles, it does not focus on just one. It explains in detail how the exercises should be done and gives advice to do them well, something that others don't do and it seems wrong to me because if you do them wrong they are useless, what's more, you can injure yourself. In some exercises he explains an easier way for beginners or in case you can't hold on the other way. It also explains the position that you should put yourself in to be effective and also in which position you should not be.

  5. I have chosen this video because i think that the boy that explains and perform this exercises
    There no weights or bars used here, anything, here we only do strength exercises based on our body weight
    It's a video that I think is very simple and easy to understand that's why I choose it
