Head up so as not to lose sight of the ball, extended arm to dribble the ball, bent knees, action of the wrist and fingers to control the ball and maintain balance. Protect the ball so they don't take it from you. Throw the ball firmly from the chest so that it goes straight and thus avoid being taken away from you, do not give high passes so that they do not take away from you but in a dive and to throw hand placement and jump. It is an interesting video for people who want to learn more about basketball, what it says are basic things to be able to play basketball well. Always keep a firm head so as not to lose sight of the ball, outstretched arm to dribble, bent knees, action of the wrist and fingers to control the ball and maintain balance. Throw the ball firmly from the chest so it goes straight to avoid being stripped, don't pass high so it's not stripped but swooping and to throw hand placement and jump. It seems to me a fairly complete video since it teaches you how big a basketball field is, the basket, the basket ring, how to catch the ball, what position to put yourself in to attack and run. There are different types of dribbling. It also teaches the types of passes and the launches. How to place your hands And that there is a shot inside the bulb, from a free throw and a triple. It seems to me a fairly complete video since the basics of basketball appear but it seems to me that it is very slow but otherwise it is very useful.
