  1. I chose this video for various reasons. The first one is that as a basketball player, I like exercises that will improve my skill quickly and make me better. The second reason, which is related to the first one, is that this video has a lot of techniques and exercises for different skills. It is divided into three sections, and at the same time, those are divided in age and different positions in the court. I think this is extremely helpful because depending on age and position in the game you have to focus on different aspects and skills.

Hi, I'm Paula Salvador from 4ºA de la Eso and I'm going to comment on this video because I found it quite interesting to be able to play and perfect some basic things about basketball, the first thing is the position of the hand for the dribble, dribbling hard protecting the ball to avoid losing him. The second is the position of the shot with the hand very extended and making a movement pumped up and finally giving a straight and strong pass to prevent the opponent from stealing the ball. This has been my text comment I hope you liked it.

  3. I have chosen Lucia’s video because I thought it was interesting and wanted to know how to improve my skills. According to the video, in my opinion it is very helpful as the man explains everything step by step. I think that another thing that is very good about this video is that he explains the exercise you are going to do before you do it, and I personally think that knowing why your doing an exercise is very important to learn. I also liked that the video is divided in parts, and I think that is a very good thing because maybe you don’t want to improve in all of the parts, you just want to learn one.
