  2. I think your video is pretty good to learn how head is balanced or how it is done. And besides, well he does not understand what he says because he speaks in Brazilian or Portuguese, but with how he does it seems to be easier to do. I think he has gone faster since it would take a lot of time to practice. The bad thing about this gentleman is that then he does not hold hands with his hands and that is quite dangerous since his neck seems to be twisting or something. And I would never do this even if I knew how to do it since it could hurt my neck. I thought he did well because he was well placed, but I insist that it is very dangerous to perform this type of skill, and lucky that Peio has not asked us to do this.
Well, your video has been interesting to watch.

  3. These activities are very boring because once you have achieved the proposed gymnastic skills that your body has allowed you, you find it very tiring to practice other gymnastic skills, because it is very boring and you have to invest a lot of time and great efforts that you have because of boredom Not resullan appetizing, but this type of sport by calling it in a way is very dangerous if not practiced with great care, also in this video you can see how the practiacante does not take any safety measures and leaves the neck totally unaware of an injury , Because when practicing the head balance does not support the hands, so its stability is practically null and depends on the strength of the neck.
