In this video a girl explains step by step how to do a cartwheel In the video the girl first explain show to do the cartwheel and after that she do it explaining the positions we have to do to make it perfectly and without hurting ourselves I think that the video explains it very good and makes it simple for the newbies in the gymnastic stuff without having a lot of skill because is for begginers My cartwheel isn´t as good as the girl in the video one but i´m practising so hard.
Hi, i agree with Casandra because this video explain who to do the cartwheel very good and then she do it explaining the positions we have to do. With this video i learn a lot of because i didn't know how to do it the cartwheel. I practice a lot the cartwheel and know I do it but not perfectly.
