High Bar (Gymnastics Skils)

  1. In this video we can see how to do the exercise of the High Bar. Is a Gymnastic Activity. We can see how we have to do the parts to can jump to the high bar. The activity start doing a jump into a low bar. Then you have to flex your knees and extend it to jump with your arms extended to grab the high bar.
    When we grab the bar, we also have to make a long swing for a tap action, but staying in a slight pike. That's a mistake that must be corrected to make a nicer swing out of her jumps.

  3. Thanks hugo to take this video because explein the most comun mistakes of this sport, If I start to practise this sport I can reduce the mistakes with this video and also explain the technique of each sport.
    Explain the steps of a good movement and the good technique
    The monitor help the studiant to make a good movement and then he explain the steps of the exercice one by one and the studiant do the same that the monitor saw or do better than he or she can do.
    So thank hugo because this video is very usefull to people that practise this amazing and incredible sport.

  4. It is a good video because the girl that do the movements very good and with all of details.The boy help the girl to do the excercise. The duration of the video is short but is perfect to explain and the audio it is good, but the image of the video is a little bit bad but in general is a good video for the persons interesated in do this things. Also the men help so much to the girls that are doing the exercise. It is a very good video and a good comment
