I have chosen this video because it seems to me that it has a good content, it is about how to improve in the subject of gymnastics, the best thing of all is that you can do it in your own home, it is not a very long video and for how short it is, It explains everything very well and also are easy tricks for those who like this topic and want to improve in this world

I have chose this video because before seen this video I think the gymnastic skills don't serve for nothing different that gymnastic but now, after seen the video I have learned that we can use also for different thinks like train our body. If we want to try it ,this video also show as different ways and techniques to practice our strengh.It isn't a very long video and it have a very good content. I think any one can practice it with this video.

I like your video a lot , before seen this video I think the gymnastic skills don't serve for nothing different that gymnasticts , and know i know that you can use them to train your body without the help of the gym , also this video is soo useful and its short , and all this thing you can do it on your home ,I recomed this video for everybody , because there are only 5 minutes and you do a gymnastics skills!
