  1. Hello I´m Javier Bravo and I have chosen this video because it has a lot of exercises to be able to improve flexibility. I think if you do this exercises all days during one or two weeks you are going to have more flexibility. The exercises aren´t very difficult so I think someone can do it. The stretches go from top to bottom, you start stretching your neck, after your shoulders and your arms, and finally your legs. Another point of this video that I like is that with this video you can strecht all the parts of your body,

    I've chosen this video because, in my opinión, it is a very useful video to learn different exercises to improve the flexibility due to flexibility is a very important ability you need to practise the mayority of the sports, for example, when you have to turn around it is easier if you have more flexibility.
    Also flexibility is very importante because if you can stretch more the muscle it is more difficult to borke it or have an injury on it so it is very useful to have very good flexibility
