How to Improve Flexibility

  1. I have chosen this video because it explains in a very simple, understandable and for beginners way how to improve flexibility. I also chose this one because the girl explains it in Spanish, so it is easier for me to understand the video. It explains very simple exercises that we do every day in Physical Education class. It takes very little time to do them and you only need your body.I think that if we do them every day for a while we can improve flexibility quite easily. I think that having flexibility is very important for practicing any sport and it is also very important for daily life.
