    And I have decided to put this video because I think it is very interesting to know how we can improve elasticity, doing this little training routine every day that only lasts 7 minutes.

    Explains various exercises to improve elasticity of the legs and hips. The truth is that I liked it a lot because it explains it very well and does not encourage people enough to follow this routine. It is a very simple and easy routine to follow because if there are people who do not have much time, they can do it without wasting much time.

    The first thanx too much to post this video! This routine to improve leg and hip flexibility is too cool. I do not know so much about this, only what we do in P.E., so I learn other movements than I did not hear later. Is so easy and visual to follow the video to increase my flexibility. I like it because in only six minutes per day, after two weeks or more, I will be able to touch the tip of my foot, something that I cannot do now.
