It is a very exciting sport since they can spend a long time with the ball in the air and that is when the games get exciting

Hi, I'm Jaime Malanda Castelao. My opinion about this video is that it is a very little sport and I found it curious because I personally found it very entertaining. This video explains very well how to perform each exercise to be able to do it by yourself. In physical education classes we have practiced a lot some of these exercises since they are basic exercises to start learning.

I think this video is a very interesting video because it shows the hard but also amazing side of volleyball, we can notice how difficult is to do this type of movements and also know how much time could this take to a person to master it. It's an incredible compilation that shows us incredible skills made in the last years in every volleyball competition. So, concluding, I would recommend this video to everyone because it's good to watch different content sometimes and appreciate how difficult and how much effort people need to do things like these ones.
