  1. I have chosen this video because I think is important to know the correct exercises to do. I think that the flexibility is important for our lives because it help us to be good when we get old, also I think is important to do this every day and is more important to know why you have to do this things and what part of the body are you training. Also, I think that the flexibility is as important as other physical activity like the endurance, speed... Is good to notice that the flexibility, if you do not train it, can create problems when you get older, so is better for your health and your body to make this type of exercises daily.
