  1. I’m Noa, and I have chosen this video because I think in every sport physical training and endurance is very important so you don’t get tired easy or you don’t have the strength to do it. I also think that this video has a variety of things, such as, combining exercises related to volleyball, and other exercises that don’t included that much volleyball but they include endurance and resistance and that is as important as knowing how to play. From my point of view I think this is an interesting video to keep fit and also learning volleyball.

  2. I loved this video because they have recorded a women's volleyball training session and it combines anaerobic exercises with volleyball, which is exactly what we are learning this term. I think that in all sports; technique (knowing how to play) is just as important as having anaerobic resistance (means running).
    In the video there are different exercises and before each one there is a screen where the name comes up and for how long the girls are doing it.
    There are some videos in which you can improve specific muscles for this sport, but there are also exercises to improve your edurance so I think this video is very complete for part of any volleyball training.
    In conclusion, I have chosen this video because I find it very interesting to learn the fundamental exercises to improve in this sport.
