In this video we can see a girl doing gymnastics. Before seeing this video I was thinking something like: Oh, gymnastiks skills for beginners, I'm sure that are going to be a way eassier that the ones we have made in physical education class. But after see the video and understand that the activities we have done were the easiest of this type of exercise I got the conclusion that I'm very proud of do the easiest and I don't need to do nothing similar in my life, if my P.E teacher don't says other thing sure.
