To do a front flip you have to do a small jump and then do the bigger jump and with the small jump impulse you can do the front flip. In the air you have to flex your body. To do the back flip you have to jump with your arms and legs and then flex your body in the air and fall to the ground. To do the side flip you have to jump with one leg and with the other impulse you then in the air you have to flex your body and the fall to the ground
