Hi, I think this video it´s really cool, because it show us easy and good stretches that we could do at any time on our home when we don´t have to much time or when we feel a bit "strange" and we just want to relax. I also think that if we do this kinf of exercises or stretches every day, we Will finally have a very Good flexibility and we Will feel great through all the day and it Will sure help us. I also liked the idea that these exercises can be done in the bed or at any time we want without using any objects or something difficult to find.

Hi melina I chose this post because it caught my attention and I find it very well crafted Congratulations for the good work you’ve done, I really liked that you put a video because it helps to understand it better and the exercises are very well explained and are very simple, it is very good and simple to do every day and also lasts very little. I would do it to gain flexibility because being very simple and to last very little so I would put it in my workout routine You have served me a lot of help your post

Hi Melina, I think your video is really cool, because I think it teaches us very good stretches which we can do at any time of the day that we have free, and I also liked them since we can do it in bed or in any soft place. These are exercises that will help us when it comes to increasing our flexibility, and that we can do without anyone's help and without specific objects. It also has a short duration which you can do at any time of the day. For my opinion I think the best time is before bed because we are relaxed without thinking about anything

  6. Hi everyone! I chose this video because I think that is a really good way to practising stretches even when we don't have too much time.
    As you can see in the video, these stretches are really easy and also you can do it in your bed!
    I think that stretching give you a lot of benefits. For example, doing it every morning can make you feel more energize. Also stretch may reduce your risk of injury, helps reduce or manage stress, reduces muscular tension...
    I would like to try this and see if this make results.
