In this video we can see some of the best gymnasts that have mastered some skills, specially the vault and the balance beam. I like this video because it shows difficult skills, which some of them are seemed like quite impossible to make. In my opinion, the video is really good, but it isn't perfect because it doesn't show all the basic skills of gymnastics, such as floor or uneven bars, and there are some people that do some impossible skills on those areas too, and not just on the balance beam or in the vault.
I like this video because it shows gymnastic skills that normal persons do in important events like in the Olympic Games in London in 2012. The thing that I like the most is the Grigoras by Siu Lu because it is very difficult to stand up in a very narrow post(only 6 cm) and I recognise that you need a lot of time of training these skills not for only the Grigoras but for only of the Gymnastic skills. Another thing you need is a very powerful strenght to hold your weight on your arms and can raise your body.
I like the video because I think these skills are something very difficult to master and they need thousands of hours practising to do it perfect. My favourite one is Girgoras by Sui Lu because, in my opinion, it is really difficult to do both things: turn frontly and sidely. The most amazing thing of these exercises is that they practice a lot and they hardly ever injure their feet or hands, because they make hard efforts in them. Other amazing thing, is that they do them in tournaments in which, if you do not do it well, you will lose and they risk even with that.
