Handstand Bridge

  1. Hi everyone, I’m Adriana and I decided to post this video at the blog because the girl shows really good how to do the handstand bridge.
    As you can see at the video, the first thing that is doing the girl is warming up all of her joints and then she stretched her muscles.
    Then she started to practise by putting some matts on the floor to push and help her self. She teaches that if someone wants to start doing the handstand bridge should practice with some support, for example a wall. And after trying lots of times, according to what the girl says, It suppose to get you smoothly.

  2. hello my name is Andrea and I have chosen make the comment about this video because it has called my attention how explains this girl as doing the handstand bridge and all kinds of mats that are necessary to do a simple gymnastics exercise. while I was watching it, I found it quite difficult because you must have a lot of flexibility to be able to do that. I think this little girl has a lot of merit for doing that. In my opinion is important to do the things that she was explaining because if you don’t do it you can hurt yourself
