Hello, my name is Ángela and I’m going to comment the video I chose for this assessment. First of all, I chose this video because I think it’s linked to both of the subjects or this term, which are: fitness and basketball. Another reason why I chose it it’s because it shows the principal thing a sport should have, respect. Sometimes people who compete, forget about it, focusing only in winning. I loved this video because we can see the basketball players caring for their opponents if they are injured, also, exchange their shirts and hug… Definitely seeing a match in which teams are respectful with each other, it’s much better.
I have chosen this video because I really like basketball, not only because of how it is and how it is played, but also because of its values, something that many other sports do not have like football. It seems to me a very beautiful and emotional video because this is really being an athlete, being fair and respectful towards your team and your enemies. All sports should be like this, since the most important pillar in life is to be respectful of others. Also, I have chosen it, because of the plays that are not only clean, but also impresionant.
