  1. I have chosen this video because I find it quite interesting. Explain how to gain strength through the bike. It doesn't matter if you have a mountain bike or a road bike, you can use either one. I also like that it consists of series, since series are very effective. And the time you work is just as important as the time you rest. I also find it very curious that for example I used a raise to gain strength. It is clear that on the bike it is the hardest thing there is from my point of view. At least it is what costs me the most. I think I could practice doing sets on a rise by inserting myself on top or sitting, as shown in the video. I think it is very different from the rest that my colleagues have put.

  2. I have chosen this video. Because I find it very interesting how it explains a different way to increase our strength without having to spend an hour doing exercises.
    But if we are following this routine every day, it would be useful to increase our strength and resistance.
    They teach us to do 5 types of exercises with the bicycle.
    The first is based on having to pedal for 40 seconds with all our strength and then rest for 20 seconds and do 4 repetitions. The second is having to pedal for 10 seconds flat with all our strength is repeated twice. Then the other 3 exercises cost little more because you get tired before, but a very cool way to gain strength appeared to me without having to start doing weights or things like that.

This video tries to do strength exercises with the bike, at the beginning of the video tells you that the trainers have checked that the intervals of 20 to 30 seconds help burn fat and increase your endurance, then talk to you about five types of workouts, you have to warm up earlier about 15 minutes, everyone tries to pedal fast for a few seconds and rest. At the end of the video he tells you to adapt these workouts to your physical condition and increase the intensity gradually to avoid injury.
