It is a video in which she explains what exercises to do for the abdominals, the girl explains step by step what to do first, she starts with some stretching for good posture, it is seen that she performs many exercises such as lying down and lifting only the legs and flex and stretch, another lie down and raise the head keeping the legs bent but lifting them off the ground, I found a very interesting video in which the girl has expressed herself very well in my opinion, it seems to me that she has been many hours to get it to come out so well.
