I am Rodrigo Mata, a student of 4th B of ESO and I have chosen this video because I think it is very important to stretch after training, the video begins with an introduction in which he tells you the benefits of stretching, the first stretch is for the neck, the next For the shoulders, he continues with a stretch for the wrists, also for the hips, the next stretch is for the quadriceps, the next for the calves, also for the ankles and finally he does another exercise that I do not know very well what it is for. I think it's a very good video because it does a series of complete stretches, that is, for the whole body, I also find it interesting because the girl explains how to do the exercises and she does them at the same time as you.

    My name is Diego and i am going to talk about this video that have uploaded this partner of my class. In this video we can see that the video is focus in the streaching methods, and the important that is strecht before a fisical exercise for avoid any fisical injury and the benefit that it produce like improve our fisical capacities. In the video we can see how to strech the soulders, wrists, hips, quadriceps ,ankles and claves. For understand more the strech the girl have did the exercises at the same time that explain it. I hope that my comment have explained correctly the video.

  3. I have chosen this video from my classmate Rodrigo instead of others because I believe that stretching after a training session is the most important thing to do. After all, one of the aims of flexibility and stretching is avoiding physical injuries.

    In this video is explained a series of different stretching exercises for each muscle in an accurate way. In addition, she made the video interactive, so we can do the exercises at the same time as her since there is a chronometer in the upper left of the screen. Moreover, I cannot observe any flaws in this video. Is short, but the content is all summarized, and it is also dynamic and amusing.

    I absolutely recommend stretching after a training session in order to prevent any muscular injuries, as well as, avoiding aches and pains for the next training session.
