Hello! My name is Maria, and I am a student of San Gregorio School. In these assessment, we were practising basketball in the subject of Physical Education, that is why I chose these video that shows a performance of basketball. In the video, the players are practising the bounce, doing a lot of various exercises, like for example, bouncing the ball as the same time they change the position of the cones. I think that controlling the ball is very difficult and doing these types of exercises helps you a lot to improve your basketball play. I hope you like it and you learn something with it. Bye bye!!!
Like on all the sports, the training, I think is as important as the matches because if there isn´t a good train the match is going to be very bad and you aren´t going to became a good athlete. Train as long as you can because when you are resting, another one is training to try to become the best in the sport but also the rest and the nutrition are very important. If you train, you have a good nutrition and you rest you have more posibilities of become better.
Also the technique is important, and more in basketball. It is not the same to throw in any way that you throw like a professional basketball player with the ball pumped and with a good shot of wrist.
Even if you train a lot and also you have a good technique, in all of the sport is more probably you become a profesional athlete than a person that doesn´t train.
Hi everybody! I am going to comment this post because I suppose this video is the perfect explanation of one of the tips witch we have been doing on this assessment. For example it explains how to bounce a basketball ball with different training methods; such as bounce walking on diagonal sides or during you are bouncing changing some objets from one place to another trying to maintain the bouncing of the ball. This ability I think it is so difficult and I supuse is the tip witch is the most difficult on Basketball apart of shooting. I hope you have enjoy my post. Bye bye!!
Hi I´m Inés of 4ºB SS, San Gregorio School, and I decide comment in these video because I think is really interesting because show us a lot of exercises to practice the bouncing in basketball, and I think is very important the technique in these sport because if you have a bad technique is so difficult play well and obtain great results, and also very difficult the have a good technique. If we want to have a good technique in basketball these video is a perfect solution, because the people that appears on the video also think that is very important to bounce good the ball.
