In this video we are going to learn how to learn to dribble the ball correctly.
They are basic and individual exercises.
The first exercise is to dribble the ball looking straight ahead, or at any other point, waggle looking at the ball
Then we do the same but with our eyes closed.
When we have gained confidence, you start to move around the field and you pass the ball from hand to hand.
The following exercise is to throw the heel from behind to the front without changing hands and then repeat the exercise from right to left.
The third exercise is dribbling sitting under the legs
and the last one is dribbling the ball in a defensive way
