Medicine ball exercises

In this video we can see Jessica Matthews who is Continuing Education Coordinator teaching us exercises to improve strength with the medicine ball, the first exercise she shows us with a partner is, with the ball in her hand, throwing her backwards and bending her knees. The next exercise is to take the ball in both hands and with the ball above the head, bend the knees, and after that the ball on the chest. The next exercise is to hold the ball with your arms up, and bring your arms together with the ball towards your back, and return to the previous position. Finally, the next exercise is to take the ball at chest height and on your knees, move the ball from side to side. That is all. In my opinion I think it's a good video to gain strength with the ball.
