Hi, I'm Adriana and I have chosen this video because I think it is very useful to learn how to exercise in the right way and it also teaches you how to take your heart rate, something that I think is very important to learn to know more things about health. It shows how important it is to have good posture so you don't hurt yourself and to be able to do the exercises better. I really like how he talks about starting slow, especially if you're a beginner, so you don't try too hard as that can be bad. The instructor explains things very clearly, and the pictures make it easier to understand.

  2. Hello, I'm Naiara, I really liked the video of how to take your pulse. It’s an important skill and really helpful especially in physical education because I think that know to how to check your heart rate helps to see how hard your body is during all the exercise. The video explains everything so good, so it’s easy to follow. I also liked that the video showed different ways to check the pulse, like on the wrist, the neck and in with a hand in the chest. This video is helpful for learning how to take care of our health while being active.
