Hello, I'm Yaiza and I have chosen this video because I think it is important to look at and warm up the resistance, because it works for any sport, some more and others less but it works for all or almost all sports, for example basic resistance does work for all sports and then there may be some exercises or others that are weaker or harder, but I think it's very important to warm up. I like the individual technique because you focus on yourself and then you have as much time as you want to do what you want to warm up
